Man, David burst my bubble today. Bear Grylls, the guy on “Man Versus Wild” on the Discovery Channel was like my hero. I dreamed of adventures in the wild like him. And then David told me about this and rel="nofollow"> rel=”nofollow”>this.
Guess I’m gonna’ have to switch my allegiance to Les Stroud on “Survivorman”. At least he’s for real. Sigh.

Surviving can be a lot
Surviving can be a lot tougher that you imagine. On the other hand, it has a tendency to make you appreciative of even the smallest, insignificant pleasures. So maybe that’s what our culture needs - an EMP strike to put us back in the Stone Age and quickly get our priorities straight.
