New feature: Add YouTube videos to the website14Dec

Announcing a new feature that I recently added to the Sojourn website. You can now embed YouTube videos to your posts by simply referencing the URL of the video. You don’t have to know any HTML code to put the video into the body of your content. Simply add the URL of the video and you are good to go.

Here’s a video I just made:

All I did was paste the URL of the video into my blog post. You can also add them to the comments.

Eric Morgan has already experimented with this new feature on his Sojourn blog. I hope you will too.

Eric, in preparation for the new Sojourn web site, asked for photos of all the bloggers. Sadly, he rejected my first two submissions. Here’s the 3rd one I sent him. Not only is it a faithful picture, but personally I think it shows my quirky personality well. How about a thumbs-up vote for this picture if you like it, so Eric doesn’t nix this one as well? I’m outa’ pics to submit.

* First impressions: I loved the initial impression I had of the site, and of course, who wouldn’t be intrigued by “A Church That Meets in a Brewery?“
* Second impressions were equally impressive as it related the Sojourn’s focus, methodology and well-expressed theology.
